We work at our best when our skill level matches the difficulty of the challenge we face. This state is called flow, and it makes your job easier. Instead of draining your energy you feel like you gain more of it.
If the challenge is high, but your skills in that area are weak, you will most likely experience anxiety. On the other hand, if your skills are high, but the challenge you are tackling is low, you will experience boredom.

Ask yourself: How could you bring more awareness to why, how and what you do today?
Being in flow makes you happy
But flow is not only about getting into that state of intense concentration. It is also a way of finding happiness. When you are in that state you are so focused that nothing else seems to matter. You stop worrying about problems or stressing about the next day. You just feel as one with what you are doing. Time might pass without you even noticing.
